If you have experience in HealthcareReferral Services or Telemarketing, your skills are just what we are looking for. This position will be responsible for the coordination and supervision of Referral Services team to maximize quality of service, including monitoring, evaluating, and coaching referral representatives.
The Team Leader's responsibilities will include:
· Working with department peers to meet service goals, and maintain department service levels and quality. · Works as a liaison with the account executives and referral services department in an effort to maintain uniformity. · Direct supervision of team members to include immediate disciplinary documentation of poor attendance, quality or overall performance.
· Supervision by walking the Call Center floor. Always monitoring and helping team members in their area.
· Will handle any and all escalated calls immediately. · Will work additional hours and/or different shifts, including weekends, when business needs arise. · Responsible for reviewing call statistics and reporting and making necessary adjustments to monitor production and performance quality of Patient Services representatives.
The potential candidate should have three to five years experience in a Sales and/or Telemarketing environment. Healthcare industry is a plus. Supervisory experience and a Bachelor's Degree preferred.
