"EMC Technical Architect (TA) certification required; if incumbents do not possess TA cert at time of hire, incumbent is required to pass the TA cert exam within 4 months from hire date" Description Ability to create and conduct formal product presentations or technical sales training sessions to technical and non-technical audiences Knowledge of various PC components, software, peripherals, desktop platforms, applications, standalone and network operating systems, with strong technical abilities in at least (1) of these areas. Skilled in the use of Windows, and Windows based applications. Ability to utilize various systems and tools used within the Systems Engineering department Ability to maintain departmental service levels to meet customer demand.
