TriNet is currently recruiting for an experienced recruiter to join our Internal Recruiting team. The Talent Acquisition team delivers high quality candidates to a broad range of customers across diverse depts specifially around IT and HR operation positions. While also guiding hiring managers and candidates through the selection process. This individual will perform full lifecycle recruiting and maintain excellent relations with customers, hiring managers, candidates and TriNet colleagues. In addition you will be tasked to brand the company and local events in Bradenton and Reno, so both local and national travel will be required on a regular basis. You will work closely with hiring manager to build virtual benches for key positions across the orgranization. A wide degree of creativity, near- and long-term recruiting vision, business understanding, and personal organization is required
Job Requirements:
Provide exceptional client service and full lifecycle recruiting to TriNet Internal Customers
Closely alignhing yourself with key executives and key hiring managers to understand their needs (current and future)
Running Events and programs
College recruiting/College job fairs/holding Open houses
Employment Branding events/activities such as running local newspaper ads/community workshop events at TriNet/Promoting the brand through print and media. In coordination with Marketing etc.
Running some creative recruiting programs
Building virutal benches of key position
Manages the presentation, selection, offer, negotiation, closing, and administrative components involved in full lifecycle recruiting
Conducts follow-up calls and quality-improvement studies with hiring managers.
Maintain accurate and well-ordered documentation on all candidates, searches, hiring managers interactions, and other recruiting activities to ensure a safe and thorough audit if required.
Uses effective communication approaches that include proactively keeping others informed, appropriately expressing ideas and thoughts verbally and in written form, and timeliness.
Works cooperatively with all members of the talent acquisition team to develop and implement staffing plans and activities.
Participates in the development of ongoing creative and cost-effective sourcing strategies.
Develops an effective pipeline of key talent potentially
Stays informed of trends and innovative recruiting techniques in order to be competitive in state-of-the-Art recruiting practices.
