Recruiting Partner - Digital/Technology
HSN is hiring and is looking for a talented recruiter to join the Core Talent Acquisition team and be a partner of furthering HSN's goal to change the future of retail. This position will be responsible for proactive sourcing, screening, interviewing, and providing recommendations to leadership on quality candidates. The focus of this particular role will be on digital commerce and technology businesses.
* Manages/oversees all phases of recruitment, assessment and selection process.
* Develops search, staffing and sourcing strategies for each position assigned.
* Grows and develops networks of contacts in the digital space and has a solid understanding of market dynamics and where the talent can be acquired.
* Use a proactive approach to identify trends and ensure that the business needs are met.
* Conduct candidate sourcing using internet sourcing tools, social media, referrals, cold calling, etc.
* Drive and facilitate the full interview process with the candidate and introduction to the hiring manager to ensure quality of selection and timeliness of the search.
* Act as an internal consultant to executives and management on all Recruiting strategies, initiatives, and issues, providing recommendations on candidates and which will be the best match in regards to skill set and cultural fit.
* Meet all departmental metrics (e.g., candidate quality, time-to-fill, source of hire, candidate experience, etc).
* Balance Recruiting of OTH's against the Budget by Partnering with the BU Finance Partners and Sr. Leaders.
* Work closely with their leader to assure proper process flow and to meet internal customer expectations.
* Maintains and manages relationships with all candidates and finalists to cultivate and develop substantial interest in HSN for current talent needs as well as for future ones.
* Consistently and effectively utilizes the applicant tracking platforms to develop executive and leader requisitions, source candidates and track talent status within the system.
* Networks with professional associations, leadership institutions and key agencies for candidate cultivation and development, and to promote a positive image of HSN internally and to the external market..

Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience required.
* Minimum of 3-5 years of overall recruitment experience, with emphasis in digital commerce/technology.
* Proven ability to work with all levels of senior management.
* Comfortable in a collaborative, fast-paced and high-growth environment.
* Ability to participate as a team member and/or promote and develop teamwork required.
* Must be flexible with a desire to succeed in a highly complex environment.
* Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to interact with a range of personalities and styles to establish effective relationships at all levels of the organization. Exceptional written and verbal communications skills is essential.
* Have an excellent sense for competitive markets and an innovative mindset required.
* Strong customer-focused approach to assist clients with all recruiting processes required.
* Must possess change management skills with the ability to create and execute a wide range of recruiting initiatives.
* Strong ability to multi-task and manage multiple priorities is a must.
* Proficient in Microsoft Office, understanding of applicant tracking system(i.e.,Taleo)
* Ability to operate at both strategic and tactical levels.
* Strong analytical skills and ability to utilize the data to drive decisions.
* Experience in recruiting for multiple lines of business that require various recruiting strategies.
* Experience in research and sourcing through social networking.
