Nurse Reviewer - Medicaid Integrity Program
This individual will be responsible for conducting Medicaid Retrospective s position will be located in Tampa, Florida.
Qualifications: - Florida Licensed RN required. - Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to relate effectively to clinical and non-clinical staff. - Strong analytical skills. - Excellent communication (both written and verbal) skills. - Ability to work independently with minimal supervision, as well as in a team environment. - Knowledge of Florida Medicaid fraud and abuse and/or program integrity preferred.
Education & Experience: - Bachelors degree in Nursing or a graduate of an approved Registered Professional Nurses training program required. - A minimum of two years experience in an acute care facility preferably in medicine/surgery or special care units, or, one to three years experience in acute utilization review. - Previous experience with InterQual or Milliman Criteria and/or utilization management preferred.
