The Bone Marrow Transplantation (BMT) program is seeking a Manager, Laboratory Services. This individual will manage and supervise all operations in the Blood and Marrow Transplantation (BMT) Laboratory. The Manager has oversight responsibility for a broad range of BMT laboratory technical and administrative activities and works closely with the Laboratory Director to ensure excellence in process and in final product, and to ensure compliance with governmental and professional licensing and accreditation organizations. Moreover, the Manager is a critical laboratory liaison with all other parts of the University of Miami Adult Blood and Marrow Transplantation (BMT) program, including, but not limited to, collection, clinical care, nurse coordinators, and inpatient and outpatient nursing.
