Princeton Information is seeking Business Analysts for permanent opportunities in the St. Petersburg/Clearwater area. Must have strong continuous experience developing UML Use Cases, as well as continuous experience working within the SDLC as a technical BA. Seeking formal training and 5+ years experience with requirements gathering methodologies and techniques, most importantly, Use Cases and how they relate to UML Object Oriented Analysis and Design. Additional plusses will be experience as a BA on projects using , , XML and HTML, and experience in the Mortgage Industry.
Seeking true Business Analysts with Process Engineering experience, formal methodology experience, and heavy customer facing skills. BA s must be capable of handling some Project Management and QA Testing duties as needed. Outstanding communication skills are an absolute must. Bachelor degree required.
RESPONSIBILITIES - BA s will quickly develop deep application expertise in order to serve as Subject Matter Expert for clients. - Assist in the analysis, design, build-out and automation of critical business processes - Formal experience gathering and writing Business Requirements Documents, Functional and non-functional requirements, all phases of the SDLC, Use Cases, Test Cases, traceability matrix, Visio diagrams, workflow diagrams, etc. - Assist in identifying ways to improve client processes through process automation, assisting in: - Data gathering, Workflow and Process mapping in MS Visio - Preparation and documentation of client business requirements - Process improvement analysis (what to automate, what to change, what to eliminate) - Preparation of Case and Time studies of before and after - Project Management for clients on a large scale - Deliver superior client-support during Consultative and Pilot Implementation phases of deployments and consulting engagements. - Serve as a member of the Level 2 client Support Desk, directly handling and tracking client requests for Support. Ensure timely, professional and complete response to client end-users on requests for assistance, independently resolving issues and questions when possible and routing problem incidents to the appropriate internal teams for resolution as necessary. - Provide end-user and train-the-trainer Training on software products and processes. - Some travel may be required, max 20%
REQUIREMENTS - Minimum of five years business analysis/requirements gathering experience - Minimum of five years experience with workflow or process automation experience - Experience developing use cases and UML use case diagrams - Advanced MS Visio skills are a MUST - Client focused - Financial Services/Mortgage lending experience - Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems or related fields - BPM Certification preferred - Excellent analytical skills and attention-to-detail - Excellent written and verbal communication skills
