PODS Enterprises, a leader in the moving and storage industry, is seeking motivated, dedicated and ambitious Seasonal Inside Sales Consultants! In this role, you will describe and sell our products to potential and current customers. To work in the PODS National Call Center will require strong verbal and written communication skills, PC proficiency, as well as, strong multi-tasking and organizational skills. Your primary duty is solution selling to current and perspective performers may be offered full-time employment after the initial trial period has ended.

Job Responsibilities
As a Seasonal Inside Sales Consultant, you will work within our call center to identify customer needs and provide solutions to close container sales. You will also explain the benefits of PODS products to potential customers – applying advanced sales skills to secure the sale.
Additional responsibilities for the Seasonal Inside Sales Consultant include:
Producing quotes
Understanding all data elements required for the sales
Ensuring that customers understand what products and services are offered by PODS
Evaluating customer needs to match our product line and ensure all customer needs are being met
Meeting and exceeding sales objectives, quality and adherence metrics
Requirements:
As a Seasonal Inside Sales Consultant for PODS Enterprises, you must have excellent command of the English language and the ability to provide great customer service. We are seeking individuals who can build rapport quickly and communicate concisely, as well as, adhere to all call center performance guidelines.
Additional requirements of the Seasonal Inside Sales Consultant include:
Ability to overcome customer objections
Ability to upsell and cross sell
Understanding the PODS sales model
Ability to offer the right solution and close the sale
